Shatru Gate, which means "The Enemy Gate", is a 2018 Nepali comedy drama that was released in the cinemas of Nepal on 23 February 2018 with a G certificate. The film was directed by Pradip Bhattarai and produced under the banner of Maha Sanchar. The movie was made with a budget of about 1.05 crore rupees and it went on to collect about 12.5 crore rupees at the box office of Nepal, becoming one of the biggest blockbusters of the Nepali cinema, and it won five awards and received five nominations in the award functions of the industry. The film brought together the most popular comedy stars of Nepal on the same screen.

The story of the movie revolves around a couple that is deeply in love and about to get married. The hero Suraj, played by the actor Paul Shah, and the heroine Sandhya, played by the actress Anchal Sharma, are the young lovers of the film, and the story begins with the preparation of their marriage. However, the father of the hero, Gopal, played by the veteran comedian Hari Bansha Acharya, does not want his son to get married to the daughter of a corrupt politician, and a conflict is created between the two families. The film follows the funny and the emotional situations that happen between the two families of the bride and the groom, and it shows how the young couple fights for their love against the politics and the corruption of the elder generation.
