Hostel 3 is a 2025 Nepali youth film and the third part of the popular Hostel movie franchise, which has a large fan group in Nepal. The movie is directed by Sashan Kandel, produced under the banner of Samman Entertainment in association with Aaron Kan Films, and was released in the big cinema halls of Nepal on 7 March 2025. The film runs for about two hours and forty five minutes, and brings back the beloved stars of the earlier parts: Paras Bam Thakuri and Ryhaan Giri. With this new picture, the franchise again tells the funny, emotional and sunny life stories of the students of Kathmandu who live together in the school hostel.

The plot of Hostel 3 presents the daily life of the teenage school boys and girls inside the hostel of their school. Like the earlier movies of the series, the film shares the memory of the hostel days: the freshly awakened friendship between the roommates, the secret jokes at night when the lights are off, the first love of the young people, the fights over small things, and the homesickness when a letter from home arrives. The film balances comedy and drama, showing that the years in the school hostel are important years of life, where young people leave their childhood and learn to stand on their own feet.

The new part of the franchise brings together many known faces of the young Nepali cinema: the cast includes Kedar Ghimire, Ashish Ghimire, Padam Tamang, Hena Nagarkoti, Sama Parajuli, Simran Pant, Umar Khan, Dinesh D.C., Subash Gajurel, Uttam K.C., Ashish Purush, Shyam Rai, Roshan Shrestha, Santosh Baniya and Aron Kan, together with the supporting talents like Prabin Khatiwada. The film is full of music and the colours of the youth culture, and it was warmly received by the generation that has experienced the same life. After the theatre schedule, Hostel 3 was published by the makers for free on the YouTube platform, where the whole movie is still watched today by students from all over Nepal.
