Jholay is a 2014 Nepali dark comedy and socio-crime satire film directed by Dipendra K. Khanal. The film was written by Shan Basnyat and produced by Teken Khadka under the banner of Asma Films Pvt. Ltd. It stars Dayahang Rai, Priyanka Karki and A. Gurung in the leading roles, with Shishir Rana, Shankar Acharya, Madhav Acharya and Prashant Dawa in supporting roles.

Jholay was released in Nepali cinemas on February 21, 2014, which corresponds to Falgun 9 in the Nepali calendar year 2070 B.S.
