Jung Bahadur Ko Coat is a 2016 Nepali crime thriller film directed by Ashish Bhetwal, an Australia-based Nepali filmmaker who wrote the screenplay and dialogues as well. The story was written by Yogendra Khadka, and the film was produced by Pramod Kumar Khadka and Jayendra Khadka under the banner of Khadka and Sons Cine Industry, with Uma Khadka Bhattarai and Rajesh Shiwakoti as co-producers and Devi Shiwakoti Khadka as the executive producer.

Jung Bahadur Ko Coat was released in Nepali cinemas on November 11, 2016, on the same day as the superhit film Jatra. The story is built around the 150-year-old antique coat of Jung Bahadur Rana, the first prime minister of the Rana dynasty in Nepal. The coat has a high demand and value in the international market, and international mafia groups are trying to find it and sell it abroad. Anup Baral plays a Nepali police officer in the film, while Bimles Adhikari plays the protector of the coat, a young Nepali living in Australia who gets entangled with criminals there.

The main cast includes Bimles Adhikari, Anup Baral, Aalok Karki, Bishow Basnet, Suchitra Acharya, Bipul Gyawali, Shuvhangi Koirala, Samikshya Aryal, Rashmi Bhatta and Mohan Niraula, with actress Nandita K.C. making a special appearance in an item song. The film introduced Australian Nepali actress Suchitra Acharya to Nepali cinema.

The movie was shot in locations in both Australia and Nepal, with cinematography by Bidur Pandey in Australia and Purushottam Pradhan in Nepal. The music was composed jointly by Kali Prasad Baskota and Binod Ghimire, and the action sequences were directed by Asta Maharjan.

A premiere show of the film was held at Village Cinema in Melbourne, Australia, in March 2015, where the movie received positive responses from the audience.

The film was awarded a PG certificate by the Censor Board of Nepal. While Jatra went on to become a superhit, Jung Bahadur Ko Coat did not do well in theatres, but it remains a notable crime thriller of Nepali cinema.
