Daanvi is a 2024 Nepali drama and action film written and directed by the filmmaker Rupesh Thapa, produced by the production house of the Thambhuma Films, and released in the cinemas of Nepal on 21 June 2024. The movie is the story of the violent family drama with beautiful scenery of the western hills, and it is the first film of the actor with big roles of Pooja Sharma and the story of two nations of the east of the Kathmandu.

The story of the film is about a young woman of a village of the mountains, named Daanvi, who is the sister and the only supporter of her two young orphans of the family. She dreams only of the level of rice for the fittest: the family of her mom, the education of her siblings, the little piece of land of the foot of the mountain. The small farm of the family, the last hope of the girl, is threatened by the greed of the powerful project, a man with the money, the thieves the land of the family of the village accompanied by the men of the state.
