Romeo is a 2017 Nepali romantic comedy film directed by Shankar Karki and produced by Hassan Raza Khan under the banner of HRK Production. The movie was released in theaters on November 10, 2017, competing with three other films, Meela, Tyandro and Sakas, on the same day. It stars Hassan Raza Khan in the title role of Romeo, with Nisha Adhikari Malla, Melina Manandhar and Oshima Banu as the three Juliets in his life.

The film is notable for introducing Oshima Banu, who became the first Muslim Nepali actress to feature in the Nepali film industry. It also marked the comeback of actress Melina Manandhar, who had left the industry for a while before returning for this project. The story is a triangular love story built around a young man with different views about life, exploring love, friendship and everything else, told as a simple story with great significance.

The film's producer and lead actor Hassan Raza Khan, who won Mr. Rajdhani 2009 and Mr. Capital Kathmandu 2009, said there were no compromises on the production process and that the team sought new ways to separate the film from the romantic comedies usually made in the industry. The story was written by Kiran Michael Ghimire, with cinematography by Rameshwor Karki and editing by Shahil Khan.

The music of Romeo was composed by Tara Prakash Limbu, Sunil Pandey, Kurban Khan and Yogesh Kaji, and the action was choreographed by Asta Maharjan. The song Timi Kin Aayang Lyang Gardai Chou Maiya, commonly known as the Lyang Lyang song, became widely popular and contributed strongly to the film's recognition. The dance numbers were choreographed by Shisir Khati and Bipin Mickey Ghimire.

Romeo was shot with a large cast including Bishnu Pratap, Shyaleen Manandhar, and introducing actors Bikash Khatiwada, Afisha Shrestha and Abhinav N Rana. For its historic casting of the first Muslim Nepali actress and its successful soundtrack, Romeo remains a significant film in Nepali cinema of 2017.
