Ghampani, which means "Sunshower" in Nepali, is a 2017 Nepali drama romance that was released in the cinemas of Nepal on 14 April 2017 with a G certificate. The film was written and directed by Dipendra Lama, a film critic who made his debut as a feature film director with this movie, and it was produced by Om Gurung, Om Chand Rauniyar, Arjun Karki, Shailendra D. Karki and Bishow Gauchan under the banners of Cinema Arts, Highlights Nepal, Torch Light Productions and Aslesha Entertainment. The movie was recorded as a hit at the box office of Nepal, collecting twelve million rupees in the first three days after its release, against the budget of ten million rupees.

The story of the film is a pure inter caste love story of Nepal. Two childhood friends, Furba Tamang, played by the actor Dayahang Rai, and Tara Sharma, played by the actress Keki Adhikari, have affection for each other. Furba stays in the village as a teacher, while Tara goes to Kathmandu to get the higher education. During the annual vacation of Tara to the village, the couple flourishes their intimate relationship further. The father of Tara, Pitambar, played by Prakash Ghimire, is a former president of the village development committee, and he gradually discovers the affair of his daughter with Furba. Then he decides to tie the knot of his daughter with Kamal Adhikari, a police assistant sub inspector played by Ankeet Khadka. In return, Tara and Furba choose the path of the revolt, and they draw a plan to make their love a success and to treat Kamal with a sweet revenge.

The cast of the film includes Dayahang Rai, Keki Adhikari, Ankeet Khadka, Silsa Jirel, Prakash Ghimire, Pushkar Gurung, Buddhi Tamang, Kabita Ale, Aruna Karki, Amogh Pokharel and Laxmi Bardewa in the main roles. The cinematography of the movie was handled by Shailendra D. Karki, the editing was done by Nimesh Shrestha, and the two songs of the film were composed by Kali Prasad Baskota and Chandra Kumar Dong.
