The film was directed by Pradip Bhattarai, who also wrote the story, the screenplay and the dialogue of the picture, and it was produced by Rabindra Singh Baniya. The film was one of the most awaited releases of its season, and it became one of the successful films of the year 2016.
The cast of the film included Bipin Karki, Rabindra Jha, Barsha Raut, Prakash Ghimire, Kamal Mani Nepal and Bholaraj Sapkota in the main roles. The story of the film follows Phadindra Timsina, played by Bipin Karki, an innocent, poor and hardworking man, who finds a sack full of three crores of Nepalese rupees, which had been stolen from a bank. He then consults with his friends to discover the source of the money and to decide what to do with it.
