Chhadke 2.0 is a 2023 Nepali gangster action drama film written and directed by Nigam Shrestha, and released in theaters on 3 March 2023. The film was produced by Prashant Giri and Dev Kumar Shrestha under the banner of Nirvana Film School, with a reported budget of around three crore rupees. It is the sequel to the popular action film 'Chhadke', and this version carries a distinctly darker, gangster tone than its predecessor.

The story begins in the high mountains of Manang, where the young Mendog witnesses the brutal death of his parents. His family was killed by the gangsters of the powerful Royal Manang Gang, who murdered them over the lucrative trade of yarsagumba, the valuable medicinal herb of the Himalaya. Left orphaned and aimless, the young boy flees to Chitwan, where he is taken in by Natraj, a man involved in illegal businesses. Natraj, who is played by Kamal Mani Nepal, treats the boy almost as his godfather and raises him alongside his own criminal network.

As Mendog, played by Anmol K.C., grows up, he rises to lead the Green Gang, which controls much of Chitwan. The film follows the gang war between the Green Gang and the Royal Manang Gang over control of the lucrative natural resources. When the Green Gang seizes a load of yarsagumba belonging to the Manang warriors, the rivalry explodes into open conflict. The Manang commanders, Sam Aditya and Khajuri, retaliate during the opening ceremony of Natraj's latest project, and Khajuri kidnaps Yanki, Mendog's girlfriend, laying the foundation for a story of revenge.

The film stars Anmol K as the fierce and vengeful Mendog, alongside Resha Ale Magar as Yanki, Robin Tamang, Kamal Mani Nepal, Srijana Subba, Devu Shrestha and the director himself in a role. Anmol, best known for his romantic roles, made his first attempt at a gangster role in this film, and his performance won praise for the aggression and commitment.

The film was released alongside other major films during the Holi period of 2023. Reviewers noted that while the premise had great potential, with themes of greed, loyalty and political protection of illegal trade, the execution struggled to develop its characters and action scenes fully. Nonetheless, the film found its audience among fans of the action genre.
