Jhari Pachhi Ko Indreni is a 2025 Nepali family drama film directed by Arjun Ghimire, based on his original story, with the screenplay and the dialogues written by Ganesh Karki and Bishal Ghimire. The film is produced by Anisha Sendang Limbu under the banner of Nagraj Entertainment, with the co-producers Anu Thapa, Pankaj Khadka, Sirjana Khadka, Ram Karki and Subash Sharma, and the cinematography is handled by Buddha Thapa. The movie was released in the cinemas of Nepal on 19 December 2025 and runs for about two hours and twenty minutes. It is a strong social picture that holds a mirror to the corruption of the society and to the dreams of the young Nepali generation who want to leave the country because of the system.

The story is a family drama about the deep conflict between the honest values of a government official father and the ambition of his son who is desperate to go abroad. While the father remains committed to his conscience, his integrity and the dignity of honest labor, the son is obsessed with the idea of leaving Nepal for a better life, and this difference slowly tears the family apart. The film shows the real face of the society where even the simplest official task depends on middlemen and money, and the young people get frustrated with the world of bribery and with the officials who are not answerable to the people. An unexpected accident suddenly hits the family, and the father and the son are forced to face the consequences of corruption and to understand the real value of the honestly earned money. The story shows how a single tragic event can build a bridge between two generations and between dreams and responsibility.

The cast of the picture brings this truth to the screen with strong acting. The main roles are played by Ganesh Upreti and Ramesh Upreti, with Deepa Shree Niraula, who returned from the United States to Nepal especially for the shoot and made her long awaited comeback, Sarita Giri, Desh Bhakta Khanal, Nirmal Sharma, Krishna Siwakoti, Krishna Bhakta Maharjan and Prakash Ghimire in the supporting parts. The director Arjun Ghimire himself appears in the film in the role of the story, and the picture also introduces the actors Bimochan Dawadi and Jesika Pokharel in their acting debuts, with the child actor Dipphan Chilwal seen in the film as well. The movie was released on the day of Poush 4, 2081, and after the theatrical run it collected about 1.29 crore rupees at the Nepali box office. The makers later put the whole film for free on the YouTube channel, where the movie can be seen today.
