Dhoom 2 is a 2017 Nepali action comedy film directed by Jay Kishan Basnet, with Himal Upreti as the chief assistant director. The film was produced by Jay Kishan Basnet under the banner of Trendy Films, and it was released in theaters on 25 August 2017. The film stars Jay Kishan Basnet in the lead role, with Srijana Bhattarai, Shovit Basnet, Rohit Rumba, Mahima Silwal, Sanjog Rana, Uttam K.C., Shankha Ratna Maharjan and Madan Tamrakar in the main cast. The action scenes were designed by N.B. Maharjan, the editor was Tara Thapa, and the music was composed by Tanka Budhathoki, who also sang the songs along with the singers Sangita Timalsina and Darshana Maharjan.
